Showroom Out of Stock – Warehouse Fulfillment Option

Our physical showroom is your source for high-quality fencing products. Occasionally, some items may be marked as “Out of Stock” in our showroom, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get what you need! We offer a warehouse fulfillment option to ensure you can still access the products you love, even when they’re temporarily unavailable at our showroom.

How It Works

  1. Showroom Out of Stock: If a product is listed as “Out of Stock” in our showroom, it means that we currently do not have the item readily available for immediate pick-up or showroom purchase from our Brisbane Moorooka showroom.
  2. Warehouse Fulfillment Available: In most cases, we can source the product directly from our warehouse or our suppliers to fulfill your order. However, the availability of this option depends on various factors, including product availability, supplier stock, and logistics. Please note that it is at the discretion of Big Red Fencing to determine whether the order will be fulfilled from the warehouse or showroom.
  3. Additional Processing Time for Backordered Items: Please note that for orders with products on backorder, there may be additional processing time required.  Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please allow allow us up to 2 weeks or 10 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Our choice of carriers is focused on providing you with the best price, tracking, delivery timeframe, and condition of your goods with minimal fuss. While we’re always happy to discuss alternative or prearranged shipping arrangements, please note that we do not organize or book third-party freight carriers under any accounts other than our own.
